Brazilians are known for including all kinds of different food items into a traditional hamburger or hot dog bun, thus creating the afternoon or late-night market for "lanches" or street food sandwich establishments you will find throughout the city. We recommend trying the "X-Tudo" (pronounced shee-studo) should you have the appetite!
